• Refraction Screening: Eye tests conducted at our clinics are optical refractions designed to accurately determine spectacle and contact lens powers.
• Medical Disclaimer: These tests do not replace a pathological medical eye checkup requiring pharmacological dilation by an Ophthalmologist.

We guarantee hassle-free adaptation on all progressive and multifocal lenses:

• Adaptation Period: We provide a 10-day adaptation guarantee on all progressive lenses fitted by our certified optometrists.
• Free Adjustment or Conversion: If adaptation is difficult within 10 days, we re-verify fitting parameters, modify corridors, or convert them to separate single-vision distance and reading lenses at no extra cost.

Guaranteed genuine eyewear with official brand credentials:

• Brand Authenticity: Every branded frame and lens (Zeiss, Essilor, Crizal, Ray-Ban) comes with an official manufacturer warranty card and certificate.
• Coating Protection: Anti-reflective coatings carry standard 12 to 24 month manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects and premature delamination.

Terms governing custom lens fabrication and frame exchanges:

• Custom Lenses: Prescription lenses are individually surfaced to your ocular parameters and cannot be cancelled or refunded once cut.
• Frame Exchanges: Unworn frames in original packaging with intact tags may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Free ongoing maintenance for all spectacles purchased at The Parekh Opticals:

• Free Servicing: Ultrasonic bath cleaning, silicone nose pad replacements, screw tightening, and frame alignment are complimentary across all our branches.
